Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

No refund will be made once we have dispatched the wine to you. We do not refund if wine is faulty after opening. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have paid for, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can fix this for you.

Goods damaged in transit: This must be notified to us within 48 hours of you receiving the goods, so we can make a claim with the transport company. Thankyou.
