Tasting Notes

Ripe handpicked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine. 30% of the juice was barrel fermented in older French oak barrels with the balance fermented in stainless steel tank. The wine shows delightful and intense aromas of pineapple, peach and honeysuckle, with pear, stone fruit and lemon on the palate, followed by a pleasant honey finish. This off dry wine is best served slightly chilled.
